Why This Work

This work didn't begin with coaching. It began in hospitals, in executive offices, in high-stakes conversations where what happened internally shaped everything that happened next.

For more than fifteen years, I worked alongside leaders and professionals across healthcare, corporate, and higher education. Watching firsthand what happens when external success begins asking for something deeper internally.

What I kept seeing was how much the environment asked of people. How much adjusting, performing, and forward motion was required, often without any space to check in with whether the foundation beneath it all was still holding. That gap is what brought me to this work.

I am a Black and Filipina woman, born and raised in the Bay Area. A wife and mother who built a career while holding vision, responsibility, and no blueprint for any of it. There were seasons where I set myself aside to keep everything else moving. That experience is exactly why I do this work and why I know it matters.

As a Certified Professional Coach with studies in psychology, I bring lived experience, evidence-based insight, and bold partnership to support people ready to build from a deeper understanding of who they actually are.
